Description
The Cock Inn is an L-shaped building dating from the 18th century. The main elevation features two storeys and attics, constructed of rubble with a modern tile roof. It has three windows with flat arches and 19th-century wooden mullions arranged in six and four lights. On the ground floor, there are two three-light bays and a six-panel door. The right-hand extension is a single storey, made of painted rubble with a stone slate roof, and includes two windows with segmental arches and double-hung sashes that have no glazing bars. At the rear, there is another extension in rubble with a stone slate roof, also one storey and with attics, featuring a flat-topped 19th-century dormer. The Cock Inn and No 1282A are part of a group.
