The Grange is an 18th-century building located on the north side of Beeston Green in Sandy. It features whitewashed plaster and stands two stories tall beneath a double-pitched old clay tile roof. The façade includes two full-height canted bays, each with three sash windows; the front windows have five panes, while the returns have two panes, all with glazing bars. A modern gabled porch has been added to the entrance. To the left, there is a one-story and attic extension made of whitewashed brick, which includes one box dormer and a ground floor sash window.
