Description

Little Avenings is an 18th-century building located on the north side of Church Road in Angmering. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The exterior is made of painted brick with a tiled roof. On the first floor, there are casement windows, while the ground floor has sash windows with glazing bars. The doorway is topped with a flat hood supported by brackets. Notably, the westernmost window bay is a later addition and is of a higher elevation than the original structure.
