Description

The Strakes is an 18th-century building located on the north side of Queen's Square in West Hoathly. It is two storeys high and features four windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper storey is tile-hung. The building has a tiled roof, and the glazing bars are intact. There is a doorway that includes a rectangular fanlight and a flat hood above it. To the west of the doorway, there is a 19th-century shop window, which is no longer in use as a shop.
