Fountain Cottage is an early 19th-century building that was originally two cottages. It stands two storeys high and features four windows. The ground floor is constructed of painted brick, while the upper storey is tile-hung. The roof is tiled. The cottage has casement windows and a gabled porch that contains a doorway with a door made up of four narrow panels, each featuring Gothic heads.
