Upper Pendent is a 16th-century timber-framed building that has been refaced with painted brick on the ground floor and tile-hung above. It features a tiled roof and casement windows. The doorway includes a rectangular fanlight, and there is a small 19th-century shop window located to the south. Originally divided into two houses, it is now a single residence with two storeys and two windows.
