Description

Rose Cottage is a 17th-century house located on the east side of North Lane in West Hoathly. It is a two-storey building with two windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick laid on an ashlar base, while the upper floor is tile-hung with a slight bellcast. The roof is tiled, with a half-hipped end to the south. The windows are casement windows, and there is a small bay window on the ground floor.
