The Priest House is a 15th-century timber-framed building with plaster infilling, located on the west side of North Lane in West Hoathly. It was restored by Maurice Pocock for J Godwin King in 1908 and was presented to the Sussex Archaeological Society in 1935. The building features a Horsham slab roof and casement windows, with the original windows located on the first floor. There is a blocked pointed doorway, and the structure has two storeys with four windows in total. Inside, there is a crown-post roof. The Priest House was illustrated in Country Life on 11 October 1913.
