Description

No. 204 on Clophill Road is an 18th-century house featuring colourwashed roughcast render over a timber frame and a thatched roof. The building has a two-room plan and is one storey high with attics. On the ground floor, there are two 2-light casement windows with glazing bars and wooden shutters. The attic includes two eyebrow dormers, each with segmental-headed 2-light casements. A central plank door is present, and there is a decorative trelliswork gabled porch with ornate pierced bargeboards. To the left gable, there is a red brick integral stack. A 20th-century flat-roofed garage is attached to the left side of the house.
