Description

No. 31 Church Walk is a house that was formerly divided into two separate residences. It dates from around 1700, with 19th-century alterations. The building has a timber-framed construction, and the front elevation was rebuilt in brick during the 19th century, covered with a colourwashed roughcast exterior. The house has a two-room plan and stands two storeys tall. On the ground floor, there are two 3-light casement windows, while the first floor features one single-light casement and two 2-light casements. There is a 20th-century door on the left side, and the right-hand doorway has been blocked. A red brick double stack chimney serves back-to-back hearths.
