Description
Nos. 95 and 97 High Street is an 18th-century house that has been converted into a shop on the ground floor. The main section of the building is constructed from colourwashed coursed rubble and features a clay tile roof. To the left, there is a timber-framed block with colourwashed brick infill and a pantile roof. Each block has a two-bay plan and is two storeys tall, with the left block being slightly lower. The left block includes a carriage entrance and a 20th-century shop window. The main block has a three-light window on the ground floor and two five-light casements on the first floor. There are part-glazed double doors on the left and a glazed door on the right. A red brick ridge stack is present on the roof.
