Description

Nos. 16 to 20 High Street are cottages dating from the 17th and 19th centuries. They feature colour washed rough cast over a timber frame and brick construction, topped with a 20th-century tile roof. The buildings are arranged in a T-plan and stand two storeys high, with the left-hand bay of the main block being a 19th-century addition. The cottages have 20th-century doors and casements, and there are red brick ridge stacks, one on the cross-wing and two on the main block.
