Description

This building, located at 62-66 Village Road, is a pair of cottages dating from the 17th or 18th century. They are constructed from colour washed coursed limestone rubble and feature a thatched roof. The cottages are one storey high with attics and have a three-room layout. There are five gable end stacks and a single-sided ridge stack that heats the central room. The windows and doors have been modernized. A 19th-century steep gabled dormer with fretted bargeboards is present, along with modern extensions at the rear.
