Description
This building is a pair of cottages, now combined into one, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and features a thatched roof. The structure has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high. There is a stone ridge stack located off-centre to the right and an integral brick end stack to the left.
The first floor has three windows, while the ground floor has two. All windows are 2-light wooden designs with leaded metal casements, stone cills, and wooden lintels. The central entrance is a boarded door with a wooden lintel above it. There are also blocked doorways to the left of the main door and to the far right, both featuring wooden lintels. At the rear, there is a truncated integral stone lateral stack and a later outshut, which can be identified by a straight joint.
