Description
Molliver House is a former farmhouse dating from the 17th and 18th centuries, with a 19th-century wing. The earlier part of the building is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and features an old clay tile roof. It has a complex plan with a double pile wing to the north, and the house is two storeys high with attics. Most of the windows are casements, some of which have wooden lintels, while others feature leaded lights or glazing bars. The 19th-century wing, which runs parallel to the double pile wing on the north side, is partly rendered and partly built of yellow brick, topped with a Welsh slate roof. This wing is one storey high with attics and includes sash windows. Additionally, there is a small 19th-century extension on the east side.
