Description

An 18th-century cottage located on Chapel Lane in Willington. The building is timber-framed with some brick and plaster infill. The roof is thatched, with a hipped section to the west end. It is a single-storey building, originally with a four-room plan. The windows are mostly casements with glazing bars, dating from the 20th century. The central front door is also 20th-century. A lean-to addition, timber-framed with an old clay tile roof, is situated to the right of the front door. A red brick ridge stack is positioned between the front door and the addition.
