Description
This is a house and shop dating from the 19th century, located on the north side of Turvey Bridge Street. The building is constructed of coursed limestone rubble, with a concrete tile roof. It has three window bays and tall gable end chimney stacks made of red brick. The windows are 20th-century casements, with three on the first floor and two on the ground floor. A central doorway provides access. A one-storey wing with a hipped roof extends from the east gable end. The south elevation features a two-light casement window with glazing bars and a four-panel door. The building is included on the register for its group value.
