Description

A stable block, dating from the late 18th century, now a cafe. It is located about 50 metres south of Spring Grove. The building is constructed of painted brick and has hipped slate roofs. It is arranged around a courtyard, with a decorative entrance front. The south front features a central entrance, flanked by blind arcades of five bays with semi-circular heads, all below a simple parapet. A pedimented cupola tops the central entrance, and this cupola houses a clock with four faces.
