Description

Perry Mill is an outbuilding located about 5 metres west of New Farmhouse, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of brick on a sandstone plinth and features a tiled roof. The building is one storey high with an attic that is accessed by external stairs on the east gable. The west gable includes an attic window and a wide entrance to the ground floor. A datestone is present on the east gable, and the exposed roof trusses have two collars made from re-used timber.
