Outbuilding (known as Perry Mill). Date 176[...]. Brick on sandstone plinth with tile roof. One storey with attic approached by external stairs on east gable; west gable has an attic window with a wide entrance to ground floor. Datestone in east gable. Roof trusses exposed have two collars (made up of re-used timber).
