Description

Hafren Court is a pair of houses, likely dating from the late 17th century, that have been converted into six flats. The building is constructed of rendered brick with a tile roof. The two storeys are divided by bands to the first and ground floors, and the roof is punctuated by five gabled dormers. The windows are predominantly 16-pane sash windows from the 20th century, although the ground floor windows are boxed glazing bar sashes. The entrance to number 1 is located between two right-hand windows and features a wooden architrave, a three-pane overlight, and a plain door. The entrances to the other flats are recessed and have glazed doors, situated between windows on the left side. A lean-to against the left-hand gable incorporates some square-panelled timber framing. The gable end of the main range includes three struts to the collar with V-struts in the apex.
