Description
Two barns and a linking cartshed, located about 10 metres north of New Farmhouse, date from the mid-18th century with some alterations from the mid-19th century. They are constructed of brick and feature tile and concrete tile roofs. The buildings are arranged in a U-plan, aligned east to west, with the cartshed in the middle and the barns extending to the south. The east barn has five bays and a central threshing floor, with a pigeon house on the south gable and hit-and-miss ventilators. The west barn is smaller but also has five bays, with segmental arches at the entrances to the central threshing floor. The linking block is lower and has an open front to the right, forming the cartshed.
