Description

LACOCK CORSHAM ROAD ST 86 NE 2/73 Barn to north east of New Farmhouse GV II

Barn, late C18, weatherboarded timber-frame on rubble stone plinth with stone slate roof. Seven bays overall with double purlin roof and tie-beam-and-collar trusses. Four-bay left section has opposed gabled cart entries, the south entry with dove-openings in gable. Later lean-to additions each side. Three-bay right section has plain opening to south.
