Description

No. 6 Broad Street is a house in a row, built in the early 19th century and altered since. It features red and yellow brick in Flemish bond and has a Welsh slate roof with painted brick dentilled eaves.

The exterior consists of three storeys with a single-window range. On the first floor, there are 8/8 boxed sashes that have painted channelled voussoirs, a keystone, and a sill. Above this, there is a 4/4 sash with a painted sill. The ground floor includes a canted bay window with a steeply-pitched leaded roof, plate-glazed horned sashes, and a painted sill. To the right, there is a doorcase with a bracketed cornice, a six-panel door, and a step. The building also has painted plinth courses.

The interior has not been inspected.
