Description
The Vineyard is a house located on a corner site in Pershore, dating from the early 19th century with later alterations. The building is constructed of brick, rendered with lined stucco, and features a Welsh-slate roof that is hipped at the corner, with deep eaves soffits. There are brick stacks located to the left in the front roof pitch of the Head Street elevation and to the left end on the High Street elevation.
The exterior is two storeys high. On the Head Street elevation, there is a three-window range of 6/6 sash windows, with horned 1/1 sash windows inserted at the left end on each floor, and a small window positioned between the right-hand first-floor windows, all featuring projecting sills. The near-central entrance has a round-arched doorcase with a moulded architrave, a decorative fanlight, and a two-leaved door with three panels on each leaf. The High Street elevation, which is the left return, also has a three-window range, consisting of two 8/8 sashes flanking a central horned 6/6 sash on each floor, all with projecting sills. A partial brick plinth is present at the base. The interior has not been inspected.
