Description
Chesfield is a house from the early 19th century located on South Street in Leominster. It is constructed of brick and features a Welsh slate roof, with two brick stacks at the front and rear. The building has two storeys and a cellar, and it is arranged in a three-window range with 6/6 sash windows set in rendered reveals beneath stucco lintels. The eaves are deep and bracketed.
The central entrance consists of a four-moulded-panel door with a fanlight, set within a canted, moulded, round-headed architrave. This entrance is flanked by two 6/6 sash windows with lined reveals under stucco lintels. To the right of the main entrance is another four-moulded-panel door with a plain fanlight, positioned under a brick semicircular arch. The left side of the building is roughcast. The interior has not been inspected.
