Description
A house, dating from the late 18th or early 19th century, now divided into two dwellings. The property is constructed of red and yellow brick in a Flemish bond pattern. It has a hipped roof with renewed plain tiles, deep eaves soffits, and brick stacks located in the side roof pitch on the right and at the left end. The exterior is three storeys high with a three-window front. The second-floor windows are 3/3 sash windows with painted sills. The lower-floor windows are horned, cambered-headed 6/6 sashes with painted sills and cambered tile arches, each topped with a painted keystone. The ground-floor windows have deeper tile arches, and the right-hand window has been remodelled. The central entrance is framed by a Classical architrave with pilasters and an open pediment, panelled reveals, and a fanlight with radial glazing bars. There is a renewed six-panel door (at No. 123), and two stone steps, the lower of which has a nosing. A shallow brick plinth runs along the base. The right return has 8/8 sash windows beneath flat tile arches. The rear elevation features 8/8 sashes under cambered brick arches, as well as an entrance to No. 119. The interior has not been inspected. The property was previously listed in error as Nos. 119-123.
