Description
This building, located at 105 High Street in Pershore, is a house that likely dates back to the 16th century, with a façade that was updated in the 18th century and has undergone later alterations. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond on a stone plinth. The roof is covered with renewed plain tiles and has a steep pitch, featuring brick dentilled eaves, two gabled roof dormers, and two brick stacks on the front slope at the right end.
The house has two storeys and a two-window range. On the first floor, there are three-over-six sash windows with painted sills, and a metal S-tie is located to the left of the centre. The ground floor features two horned two-over-two sash windows, also with painted sills and cambered brick arches. The central entrance has a four-panel door set within a wooden architrave, topped by a cambered brick arch, and is accessed by three stone steps with a wrought-iron handrail. The plinth of coursed squared stone is continuous with that of the adjacent property at No. 103A. The left side of the building is rendered. The interior has not been inspected.
