Description

This is a house dating from the second half of the 18th century, significantly altered in the 20th century. The exterior is primarily red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with the ground floor painted. The roof is covered in old plain tiles and has brick dentilled eaves. A brick end-stack is located on the left-hand side, and a 20th-century roof-light is visible on the right.

The house is three storeys high and has a two-window front, with a 20th-century rear wing. The second floor has a single six-pane sash window. The first floor features two six-pane sashes set within segmental brick arches, all with concrete sills. The ground floor has a leaded dentilled cornice. A plate glass bay window occupies the left side, while the right side contains an entrance with an architrave and a 20th-century part-glazed door. The interior of the property was not inspected.
