Description

HANBURY CP - SO 96 SE 4/58 Lucas memorial about 8 yards south of the Nave of the Church of St Mary the Virgin GV II Chest tomb. Early C19. Sandstone ashlar. Moulded plinth and flat capping, panelled frieze and shaped inscription panels. Commemorates Sarah Lucas, died 1821. A large chest tomb in close proximity to the church and included for group value.
