Former barn about 22 metres south-east of Ostlers Meadows Farmhouse.

This is a former barn located about 22 metres south-east of Ostlers Meadows Farmhouse, dating from the late 18th century. The barn is timber-framed and weatherboarded, featuring a half-hipped plain tiled roof. It consists of six framed bays arranged in a north/south direction, with the second and fifth bays having opposed cart entries that are fitted with double doors.

Inside, the barn has framing made up of long rectangular panels extending from the sill to the wall-plate, with long straight braces in the lower corners. The gable ends feature truncated collar and tie-beam trusses, which include two collars and three struts to the lower collar, as well as two to the upper collar. The intermediate collar and tie-beam trusses have two long struts to the upper collar, with raking struts near the base connecting to the lower purlin and a king-post above. There are also two tiers of purlins. Notably, the date "1793" is inscribed on the second cross-frame from the north gable end. This barn is a significant structure close to Howning's Farmhouse.
