Description
Oak Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the early 19th century, with additions from the late 19th century. The front is finished in stucco, while the other sides are painted brick. It features a hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves and two large brick chimneys on the rear slope. The building has two storeys and three bays, with clasping pilasters at each end. The windows have stone sills and moulded architraves, and they are 16-pane sash windows. The central window on the first floor is blocked, and a glazing bar sash has been painted in its place. The main entrance is centrally located and features a flat moulded canopy supported by Doric columns. The doorway has a round-headed moulded architrave, a six-panelled door, and a barred segmental fanlight. The interior has not been inspected.
