Description
The railings and flanking walls date to the late 18th century and are constructed of wrought iron and brick. The wrought iron railings extend for approximately 30 yards and stand about 3 feet high. They are in a Gothick style, featuring an ogee-arched top rail and a mid-rail with round-lobed quatrefoil detailing. The railings are arranged as square piers spaced about 3 yards apart. The brick flanking walls, approximately 3 feet 6 inches high and 6 yards long, are built in a Flemish bond pattern and terminate in square piers topped with pyramidal stone caps.
