Description

This is a terraced house dating from approximately 1780 to 1820, with later additions and alterations. The house is constructed of red brick with painted stone sills, and has a slate roof with dentilled eaves. A stack is located at the rear right, featuring oversailing detail and decorative pots. The building follows an 'L' shape, with a rear range to the right, each section being a single depth. A central stairhall is present. The property is set back from the general line of the terrace.

The house is two storeys high with an attic. The first floor has three windows, each a 6/6 sash window set in a near-flush frame with stone sills and a flat gauged brick arch above. The ground floor windows are 8/8 sashes, also in near-flush frames with sills and flat gauged brick arches. A renewed six-panel door is accessed via a timber doorcase, which includes pilaster door surrounds with console brackets supporting an open pediment, and an altered radial pattern fanlight. The interior of the property has not been inspected.
