The houses have a double-depth plan and rise three stories with a four-window front. The second floor has 3/3-pane sash windows, while the first floor has 6/6-pane sashes. On the ground floor, there are horned 2/2-pane sashes on either side of panelled doors that include overlights. The interiors have not been inspected.
