House. Mid- to late C17 with late C19 and mid-C20 alterations. Timber-framed with partly painted brick infill on tall brick plinth; plain tiled half-hipped roof. Two framed bays aligned north/south; large external chimney with tiled offsets at south gable end. Two storeys. Framing: three panels from sill to wall-plate, long straight braces across lower corners at north gable end; truncated collar and tie-beam trusses with three struts at gable ends. West front elevation: ground floor has a 2-light and a single-light casement; first floor'has two 2-light casements and a square light; central entrance has a C20 part-glazed door. Interior: framing noted as being largely intact. Large C19 two-storey addition at rear with main entrance in its south gable end.
