Description

Eastgrove Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse built of red brick with slate roofs. It has an irregular double-depth plan with a lower L-shaped service range to the rear and end stacks. The farmhouse has two storeys and a cellar. The front elevation has three windows with cambered heads and glazing bar sashes. A slightly projecting central section features a plain Doric porch, and contains a six-panelled door. The interior includes a central stair hall with a ramped handrail leading to an oak staircase. The property formerly served as the farmhouse for the Witley Court Estate.
