Description

Two houses, dating from the early 18th century. The buildings are timber-framed with a tile roof, and their frame is visible in three rows of square panels. They are one storey high, with an attic. There are five casement windows on the ground floor and four dormers in the roof. Chimneys are located to the right of the second dormer and on the right-hand gable. Part of the roof truss is exposed in the left-hand gable, featuring V-struts above the collar. Doorways are situated in 20th-century extensions to the left and right. The building was originally listed in 1959 as “Cottage 65 yards NE of Upper Wick Farmhouse”.
