Description

The Church Yard Cross to the Priory Church of St Mary and St Michael is a structure likely dating from the late 14th century. It features an original graduated stepped base, with the upper portion consisting of an octagonal shaft and a cross that has been reconstructed, complete with gable capping. The steps leading to the plinth were built, and the entire cross was restored in 1896.
