Description

The Brecknell memorial is a chest tomb located about 26 yards south-west of the Church of the Holy Trinity in Belbroughton. It dates from the early 19th century and is made of sandstone ashlar. The tomb features a moulded plinth and capping, along with fluted corner and central side pilasters. It commemorates Joseph Brecknell, who died in 1805. The chest tomb is situated in a prominent location on the south-west side of the churchyard.
