Description

This is a mid 19th-century sewer ventilation pipe located near the junction with The Rock on Henwood Road in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton. It is made of cast iron and features a tall cylindrical shape with a fluted base and decorative cresting at the top. This pipe is a rare example of an early type of sewer pipe.
