Description
Rock Cottage is a house located on Old Hill in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton, dating from the late 18th century. The building is constructed of stuccoed brick and features a tile roof with brick stacks. It has a double-depth plan and is two storeys high, with a three-window range. There is a sill band on the first floor and a brick cornice at the top. The ground floor windows are adorned with architraves, including a bowed small-paned window with an entablature that projects to the left, alongside two 16-pane sash windows. The first floor has 16-pane horned and unhorned sash windows. The entrance features panelled reveals and a six-panel door, flanked by fluted pilaster strips, with an entablature and a pediment above. The gable-end stacks complete the exterior. The interior has not been inspected.
