Description

This is an early 19th-century house located in Old Hill, Tettenhall, Wolverhampton. The house is constructed of stuccoed brick with a tile roof, and follows a double-depth plan. It has a two-window front elevation. A prominent cornice runs along the top of the building. A large, two-storey canted bay window is on the left side, featuring 8-pane and 12-pane sashes. The ground floor to the right has a window with a 4-pane, horned sash, while the first floor has a 12-pane sash. The entrance is through a plain porch with a cornice and a half-glazed door, and a gable-end stack is visible to the right. The left return has a window with small-paned glazing facing the rear. The interior of the house has not been inspected. The property is included on the list for its group value.
