Description
Pool House is a building that has been converted into offices, likely dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of pebbledashed brick and features a tile roof. The structure stands three storeys high and has five bays. The windows are boxed sashes with glazing bars. The central bay contains a door with a bolection-moulded surround and a shell hood, which is typical of early 18th-century design, although the detailing suggests it may have been replaced in the late 19th or early 20th century. The eaves are adorned with modillions, and the gables are coped with chimneys, one of which has a projecting stack.
