Description

This early 19th-century building is located on Church Road, Old Swinford. It is constructed of limewashed brick and has three storeys with a three-window front. The windows are characterized by channelled keyblocks and lintels, and a moulded wooden three-light bay window is present at ground level. A stuccoed, pilastered doorcase features a rectangular fanlight. The building possesses plain eaves. While the listed buildings along Church Road and Rectory Road do not formally constitute a group, their existing visual relationship should be maintained.
