Description
25 Walton Terrace is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys high with a basement, constructed from brick and topped with a slate roof. The eaves are consistent across both parts of the building. On the first floor, there is one window on the left side, while the ground floor features one window on the right. A four-panelled door is located in the left-hand centre, accompanied by a basement window nearby.
The elevation facing Walton Road also dates from the early 19th century and consists of two storeys with brickwork and rubber arches. It has wide eaves and a hipped slate roof that slopes to the left. This facade includes two 16-paned sash windows and a central door that is recessed within an arched opening. The door features panelled reveals and soffit, with an arched fanlight above that has a circular and segmental glazing pattern. The front of the house is set back from the road and at a higher elevation, supported by a brick retaining wall, with steps leading up and contemporary wooden railings.
