Description
The Bricklayers Arms is an early 19th-century public house located at No. 19 Walton Terrace. The building has three storeys, with the ground floor finished in painted stucco and the upper part covered in pebble dash, topped by a slate roof. On the second floor, there is a central two-light casement window. The first floor features two sash windows with glazing bars, while the ground floor includes two angular bay windows and one additional window to the right, all beneath a moulded cornice hood. A modern half-glazed door is positioned in the left-hand angle of the right bay. At the back, the building has a timber frame and brick wing. Inside, there are wide fireplaces and stop-chamfered beams. The listed buildings in Walton Terrace are recognized as a group.
