Description

  1. 1682 CHURCH ROAD, OLD SWINFORD ------------------------- SO 9083 6/32 Swinford Old Hall 8.11.49 II

  2. Mid C18. Red brick; 3 storeys; 5 windows with keyblocks and scrolled lintels, the central a Venetian window contained in an open pediment. The central window above is a semi-circular three-light with scrolled lintel. Moulded wood doorcase with open pediment on consoles. Plaster corbelled cornice continued around central pediment, parapet. Plain pilasters sides.

The listed buildings in Church Road and Rectory Road, Old Swinford do not strictly present a group, but the existing picture is one which should be preserved.
