Description

FREDERICK ROAD 1. 5104 Edgbaston B15 No 37 SP 0585 NE 40/18 II GV 2. C1845-50 2 storey, 3 bay, Italianate stucco villa. Plinth; first floor sill course; bed mould to frieze with slender, close set, console brackets to dentilled boxed eaves. Hipped slate roof with corniced stucco chimneys. First floor plate glass sashes in eared architraves. Tripartite right hand ground floor window with blind balustrade below sill, dentil cornice on foliage consoles with segmental pediment over centre. Single sash window to left as on first floor. Door of 6 fielded panels and semi-circular fanlight recessed for one order in architrave frame with flanking consoles supporting cornice over.
