Description

CALTHORPE ROAD 1. 5104 Edgbaston B15 No 26 SP 0585 NE 40/7 19.3.81 II GV 2. c.1840 stucco villa, a detached version of Nos 24-25. Two storeys, 3 bays. Plinth first floor with course, dentil eaves cornice, hipped slate roof, stucco chimney stacks. Unusually large sash windows on both floors in thin moulded frames. Doric column projecting porch with full entablature, panelled recess to panelled door with pilaster. Screen wall to left with side entrance aisles, hipped roof coach house with cambered arch doors and blind window above.
