Description

No 14 Carpenter Road is a detached stucco villa built around 1835, designed in the same style as No 13. It features quoin pilasters and a parapet attic with portholes. In the ground floor, circa 1860 canted bay windows have been added, which include sash lights framed by pilasters that support an entablature and blocking course. The villa has a porch with some Ionic columns. Notably, No 14 retains its unaltered screen wall link to the coach house, which has a coping that continues as a stringcourse. The coach house itself features segmental arched doors and a pediment-gable.
